I ordered a oneplus phone from flipkart. When I received it since day 1 the speaker was not working and when I tried to get it replaced Flipkart straight forward rejected it and said they won’t replace it. I contacted oneplus support and they provided proof that the phone was activated 1 year back and i was provided used product.
Oneplus also told that they have seen many similar issues and only from flipkart not from Amazon. This is the reason people prefer product and services from foreign companies because all Indian companies do mostly is con their own people
