I had ordered a face brush from oriflame through an agent. It stopped working in 20 days. the agent picked the product from me in 2 months. Then took another month to get it repaired and i still havent got it back. she says the product is ready but still hasnt given it back to me..
She hasnt been reciving my phone and not replying to my msgs. Spoke to an oriflame person of the phone named ester and gave her the details she says there is no such person registered as a consultant and was asking me the grade of that person in oriflame. How am i supposed to know if she is a consultant or a distributor or whatever

Then i emailed oriflame
some reetika ghosh replied saying that they have contacted the distributor who would contact me shortly
the distributor called me saying oriflame did not repair the product well and she has given the product to a local vendor to repair and she will get back to me as soon as it is repaired. It has been 4-5 months since i have given her the product have never got it back from her. Now she is not reciving my calls either
after complaining repeatedly to
oriflame via email i just get a reply that the distributor will contact you.. i want a refund.. i havent used the product for even 1 month and they are saying new damages that were not even present before..
i contacted oriflame on phone some sudeep person said that he cannot ask the executive directly because they are very old and good distrubutors and said he would do a conference call and have me hear everything what is spoken for my satisfaction but never took a complaint or gave me a complaint number unless they are sure that the distributor accepts that they gave me the product..
the distributor apparently was not reachable.. this is just abuse of the customer not taking responsibility of the product
i need a refund
