We had purchased a rice cooker from Ms M.S.Pande and sons on 26th January 2023. Since the day it was bought it has not been working. We sent it back and after several so called repairs, it was delivered 2 days back, but it is still not working. Intact the product has been handled very shabbily. We just want a replacement if the said product or we will take the matter to the Consumer Court.
