I have ordered earbuds from Flipkart on 30/06/2022.The product got delivered on 01/07/2022.When I used the earbuds I felt some fault in them .And as per Flipkart SOP there is 7 days return policy. So I called them and requested for replacement. But every time I was just tortured and frustrated. They repeated same questions multiple times and thus I got really frustrated. I thus need the replacement of my earbuds as I have paid them my hard earned money.
