I bought BTW300 IN AMAZON ON 30/05/2023.
BUT THAT EARPHONE COMES WITH DEFECTIVE. SO I MAKE A COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY ASK ME TO RESENT THE PRODUCT.SO I COURIERED THAT PRODUCT TO BANGLORE CUSTOMER CARE ENVANT
AND ON 20/06/23 THEY HAVE SENT ME THE REPLACEMENT PARCEL IN THAT THEY CHANGED THE PRODUCT MODEL BTW100 AS A REPLACEMENT.
THAT PRODUCT IS ALSO DEFECTIVE.Rightside earbud not working.
I BOUGHT BTW300 FOR 1800RS BUT THE PRICE OF THIS BTW100 IS 1100RS
WHY THEY CHANGE THE PRODUCT .
I MAILED THEM ,WHATSAPP THEM NO RESPONSE. I WANT THE BTW300 OR I NEDD THE REFUND ..
