It is only 1 year and we have already started facing problems with Motorola washing machine 65FLIWBM5DG21070. It is under 2 years warranty.
The door switch is not functioning as per Jeeves service technician. Please note we cannot pay for this as the machine is under comprehensive warranty. Invoice copy is attached for your reference.
It is really disappointing to see the quality of material used for this machine. The Nut bolts are rusted near the detergent cabinet. That place is prone to being wet all the time and the nuts /bolts used there are rusted. Same nuts bolts are used at the bottom of the machine. This machine will not last 6 months if it gets rusted at this pace.
The technician who visited has zero knowledge about the machine and its working. He was going through Motorola manual to find out what U-4 Error stands for and was consulting his senior to understand the problem in the machine.
We are already inconvenienced due to the washing machine not working , Please look into the matter and revert on the same at the earliest
