Text of Complaint by Harsh mittal:

The Dishwasher was delivered after installation it wasn’t working.

Raise multiple service request but the complaint was not resolved.

Waited for almost 2 months to get it repaired (item is unused and original)

Made another complaint and Finally, their customer support executive confirmed to replace the item and scheduled a pick up for the same on 6th October. When the pickup didn’t occur, I informed amazon and they said we cannot return it it can only be repaired.
And the call was disconnected and they never called again. I recalled and then they confirmed again to pick up the order on 8th October.

I got a service call that amazon is sending a technician.

The crux of the story is, the sold a defective product and couldn’t able to resolve the issue for 2 months after 4-5 service requests. They confirmed to return hence I order a new one and paid for it and now they are saying they cannot return it. I have the written confirmation from amazon and multiple verbal confirmation.
