By looking online at all reviews for the Home Decorators Model 3-6621-NDM 1001397584 3-Light Polished Chrome Integrated LED Pendant with Clear Cube Glass many have failed like mine. The line is carried by Home Depot. The failure is likely the LED driver. LED lights should be good for years, mine lasted a litter over a year. The failure causes two of the three LED lights not to light at all while the third flashes off and on like a strobe light. Due to the number of complaints I found online that describe the exact same problem as mine it is clearly a product defect and the manufacturing company should issue a recall. Can you please tell me the proper organization to report this product for recall consideration.
