Saturday,Feb9,19 THE HEADOFFICE THE AMAZON INDIA Brigade Gateway, 8th floor, 26/1, Dr. Rajkumar Road, Malleshwaram(W), Bangalore-560055, Karnataka, India +91 80 33273000 [email protected] Subject-Regarding the order of Samsung Galaxy M20 Respected Sir With due respect I beg to say that I am a customer of Amazon from a long time.I purchase a mobile phone of Samsung Galaxy M20 through Order Id-406-2653453-4982717 on feb5,2019 and it is delivered on Feb7,2019. The phone quality is so poor.The camera did not work properly, sometimes it becomes hang,sometimes it touch stop working,sound quality is not so good. I also contact Amazon customer care.But no one respond me properly.The employees of Amazon in which way they are talk which is very rude. The company had also offered a 10 day’s of return or replacement of this policy.But no one follow this policy. I want to get the refund of my product whose value is 10990Rs.I am not interested to repair or replacement of this product which is under the Amazon’s policy Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
