M/S. S A Trading Co, Prop: Sabnam Sirin, Plot No-LIV-174, Dumduma Housing Board Colony, Bhubaneswar, Dist-Khurda, Odisha PIN-751019 has supplied goods billed Rs.11,00,000/- as a part of distributorship agreement to M/S. JBS Enterprises, PLot No-65, Hi-Tech Kalyani Vihar, Kantilo, PS-Air Field, Bhubaneswar-751002 on date. 20.02.2020 which are defective, damaged, out dated and over billed. Notice for return of goods sent to S A Trading Co, on 29.02.2020 after verification of goods. But S A Trading co does replied to the Notice. Hence compensation to be paid to JBS Enterprises.
