I got the delivery of Trooper Black 19.5 order no. AV-EC-62178-2021-22, a few days ago. The assembly guy came and while unpacking the cycle he noticed and pointed out that the front fork is bent and he cannot proceed with the assembly since there’s a risk of damaging the front portion. As per our communication on call on the number +91 74113 33568, I’ve taken several pics and videos highlighting the issue and have attached them herewith for your reference. Even the small iron stem and nut connected to the forks is bent and even its pictures are attached along with this mail. I tried reaching them 100 times but no response from them. This is not what I expect after paying upwards of 25k and that too from
a known and upcoming brand such as ninety-one. Kindly replace the cycle or take appropriate action as I don’t know what else is wrong with the product received. Hoping for a quick resolution here.
