Text of Complaint by Parth Bhardwaj:

I bought a pair of bracelets from an Instagram Jewelry Seller on the date of 6th September, 2022, making payment of Rs. 650 + Rs. 90 for shipping/packaging through YONO app to the seller. received damaged products on the date of 17th September 2022. They were not same as they were described in the pics. Each bracelet had a half heart shaped magnet, so when both bracelets brought together, they will join together and make full heart shape, but what I received was no where close to heart shape, magnets were of round shape.

Now the seller is refusing to give any refund stating her store policy. Seller took Rs. 90 in the name of shipping and seller didn’t even care to wrap the bracelets with bubble wrap. Seller shipped the article by India Post and used completely cheap packaging and now trying to justify it.

I was already clear about the store policy of no refunds, but the way seller is behaving, I don’t wanna deal with her anymore by asking for a replacement. Seller is extremely rude.
