Text of Complaint by Amita Maurya:

I purchased Boult Audio Z40 True Wireless Earbuds from Amazon on May 2, 2025, and received them on May 7, 2025. Unfortunately, the product was not working from the start.

I contacted Boult customer care through WhatsApp, and based on their instructions, the product was handed over to their pickup agent on May 13, 2025 for replacement.

However, since then:

I have not received the replacement product

I have not received any refund

There has been no update or communication from Boult

This kind of service is highly disappointing
