Boat had sent us a defective – BOAT PARTYPAL 20 SPEAKER PRECIOUSLY FOR 1500/- INR which stopped working after 4 months. After registering complaint they sent somebody to pick up article on the next day itself. However, never got back to us with a new or repaired piece.Since this was still under warranty we raised a complaint by filling up a form. However, after two months the company had sent us a further defective piece where the volume button was missing. We raised several complaints to them, however, THEY DID NOT GET BACK TO US instead told us that the invoice we had sent them was invalid. If the invoice was invalid then why did you send the defective modal after our initial complaint. THEY HAVE CHEATED US AND WE HAVE SPENT OUR MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCT THINKING THAT THEY HAVE A BIG NAME IN THE MARKET. This is soooo DISAPPOINTING as we dint quite use the product and it was taken back from us without getting repaired.PLEASE HELP US. WE ARE FEELING SO DISGUSTED AND HELPLESS.
