On 29th Oct’18 i hv received a Baot 1000 Bluetooth speaker of 3345/-.Order ID-OD113725050664059000.bt the Bluetooth speaker was defective (one of two speaker s is defective) and one corner damaged as packaging was poor quality and original box of item was unsealed when i opened the outer cover.i contact with customer care several time for replacement or refund.bt they did not solve the problemes.even blocked by account, so that i can’t place return Request again..they earned money by giving damaged product.
Where is buyer protection???is it not their responsibility to delivery good item??
Total fraud.. earning money by sending damage product from their store room..
