I had ordered 5,4,3,2 capacity Pressure Cookers with 2 common lids thru EZMall in Feb 2021. They sent items soon on COD ₹1999+₹201 as delivery charges. On receipt I found the cookers as wrong size/cap. The 5 litre cooker was of 2-1/2 litres only and others even much smaller. I complained and got replacement in about 10-15 days but again of same size/capacity also on damaged condition. I complained again but EZMall did not respond even after 3 months. So I REQUEST BAN ON EZMALL the Marketing wing of ZeeTV and also SHSGUN ENTERPRISE the product mfrs. The both have CHEATED ME. They should be branded as FRAUD COMPANIES.
I cannot attach photos of the damaged Pressure Cookers lying at my residence as they received.
