Sir,
I have ordered quento bluetooth on 27-08-2020 vide order no 171-4956688-6508302 which i received today but when unbox the delivered item and gound the product is not working properly and send me a wrong item without any user manual and warranty card of seller, as the product i ordered displayed different pics on Amazon and with warranty of 05 years. I request the team for return, they put my call call on hold with out solution, i want my refund and collect the bad product from and return my valuable money back. They are cheaters show something and send something. They waste my time. Plz put ban on Amazon
