We had ordered installation of solar panel along with the water tank for our house. On 14-12-2022 the company by name SOLARISE ENERGY SYSTEMS installed the complete set. After 9 months the tank was damaged and the inner coating of the water tank had deteriorated and was completely damaged. As we observed the water was contaminated with dangerous inner coating materials we stopped using the water as it was unsafe to use the water for daily use. We raise a complain to the seller stating all the photos. Despite repeated requests the company is ignoring and giving false promises to replace.
The product is under warranty for 5 years.
