We bought a Hitachi Air-conditioner from electronic paradise, Laxmi Nagar today. Two installation servicemen came but they refused to fit the AC stating that they won’t be taking the risk of installing and left our home instantaneously, saying we should call our own installation people, which we found out to be a very devastating excuse, pertaining to the fact that this is the only service expected from the company. Then dolorously we had to call our own servicemen to install the AC. our servicemen came and installed the AC and left, later we found out that the Ac is not even working and a defective product. We tried to call the customer service at electronic paradise to make a complaint, but they said that this is not their matter of concern as the servicemen who came were not theirs and put the blame on the company and said they never took guaranty. This behaviour is totally not acceptable and we as customers won’t entertain this. This is a shame on Hitachi’s name as they sell defective products as well as on electronic paradise for not taking any responsibility . This has been a very appalling and dreadful experience buying from Hitachi and Electronic paradise. Hitachi is certainly fooling people and their customer care service is not even responding to our complaints. We would want the company to replace the defective air conditioner on a priority basis as we are not at all satisfied with their behaviour and service as it was very embarrassing cause we had guests over and they had to witness all this. Or we would want our money refunded respectfully and settle things as soon as possible.
