Hello Team,
I purchased 3 LG ACs from Croma which were installed on 15th March 2023. All the three ACs are non operational, they show a low refrigerant code error CH38 in 30 mins and stop working.
I have been complaining at various levels for this at LG customer care support but it has been 40 days and I haven’t been provided a solution yet.
I have also brought this issue in notice of Area Heads but they are denying for any faults and as of now no repairs are been provided.
Since it comes with a full one year warranty I am requesting a complete refund of three ACs.
