Text of Complaint by Ashley Tuscano:

I bought ACER Laptop on 16th Aug 20 and the Laptop stop working on 23rd night. We called ACER support, after 5-6 calls, we got one support person reply that we can ask our dealer for replacement. We contacted Amazon on 24th Aug and since then we are not getting any support from ACER nor Amazon. Every week we are given new request id from Amazon but no one is helping I have spend 68000 on this laptop and since last 48 days we are not getting support from anyone. This entire eCom and Brand like ACER seems to be fraud.
