We bought an ac on 12th Feb 2023 from dynamic electronics secunderabad. While installation the technician declared that the ac is a defective piece. We haven’t got any updated from either samsung or from the shop that we bought. Customer service said the responsibility is with the dealer and the dealer is not responsive. What should be done?
