Dear Sir/Madam,
This mail is regarding my refund of installation as well as AC amount having order number OD224728720958326000. I’m again raising my issue on consumer forum which was closed without any resolution.
I ordered the AC on 22 april, delivered and installed on 1 may, defective on the very same day, request to return the product but everything delayed. Now I got to know that my refund status is cancelled and my product is also picked up on 20 may. I’m facing continuous issue in this matter and now the seller who sent defective product has cancelled the refund.
During uninstalling, even after telling him not to cut copper pipe the jeeves guy deliberately cut it without my consent telling this is how it’s done of which I’ve also recorded the video.
I’m sorry to say but your installation service was pathetic also water was getting leaked from ac with no vibration absorber was fitted in ac odu even when it was given with the AC.
I’ve already complained about the installation bit no resolution against it. The AC was fit in such a way that the drill was a little higher and all water was leaking inside our room for which we’ve to put a seperate bucket.
The uninstalling of AC was supposed to be done on 12may which was delayed and without even coming they closed the ticket of uninstalling. After all this issue and also manufacturing issue of AC I’ve returned the AC but came to know that 1510 is not being returned to me.
Kindly return the money as the service was not even worth 100 rs and as the product was defective from your side, I need my money back.
