Text of Complaint by RAHUL SHARMA:

I had purchased One Plus TV having Model No.Y1S 80 cm (32 Inch) HD (Serial No.P6230044C2SC01141) from Flipcard vide Order No.OD124663082281711000, in the name of Mr. Rahul Sharma, but within a 15 days TV is not running and showing the message “Devi has failed Verification, TV halted, for which I had complaint to One Plus but after 10 days they had came and told that it has software issue and forward your complaint to technical department. After waiting for long time the technical person come and told to us TV has problem, and we insist to change the TV and he inform to the one plus for change the TV but till now from there is no response kindly resolve the matter and we are facing lot of mentally problem.
