I HAVE ORDERED A BRAND NEW POCO C 31 MOBILE ONLINE THROUGH FLIPKART O 6/10/2022 THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED ON 7TH OF OCTOBER 2022 ORDER AMOUNT- 7528/-
PAYMENT MODE -ONLINE VIA CARD

WHEN WE OPENED THE MOBILE PHONE I FOUND THAT THE TOUCHSCREEN WAS’NT WORKING. DISPLAY WAS’NT WORKING. WE CONTACTED IMMIDIATELY TO FLIPKART’S CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY REPLIED THAT YOU SHOULD CALL ON THE POCO CARE NUMBER 18005727626 . WE CALLED ON THIS NUMBER THEY GIVE US APPOINTMENT FOR OUR NEARBY POCO CARE Token no: M4949560

BUT ON 8TH OCTOBER 2022 POCO CARE EXECUTIVES REPLIES THAT THEY WILL’NT CHANGE OR REPAIR THIS MOBILE SET.
