I have bought furniture (combination of bed, almirah ,led panel, dressing mirror)from Big Shark deals Pvt. Ltd. showroom at Eaton Plaza Handaya Distt. Barnala Punjab. All the furniture was home delivered on 19 October 2025 by company, order was prepaid. Some of the parts of furniture like handles of drawers were missing and some decorative material on furniture was damaged . there was a big defect in dressing mirror it doesnt open properly while opening it make scratches on surface of mirror platform. We have complained the designated person immediately posting him photos about defect (same person who deals with us in showroom). He said we will resolve the issue but after diwali. we agree to this statement but next month we visit their showroom met with manager and explain the issue he also said that we will resolve the issue by sending some carpenters at your place but till date we dont get any resolution for our products.
