I ordered a pair of shoes from this Instagram page called CRANKY SHOE VILLA. I tried to contact them for 2 days in a row with no reply. Finally got a reply and the product , was relieved a little.
When I unboxed the package the product was not the one I ordered and was of utter cheap quality.
I am blocked from their socials with no reply and no scope of refund.
