This e-retail website (essentialme.com) is offering combo offer for electronic items at a discounted price. I had placed an order through COD basis. Somehow I got suspicious on such a heavy discount. So I mail a message for cancellation of my order on the email address given under the contact details. Though I had e-mailed them, they delivered my order on 12 Aug. When I had opened it, it was damaged and was wrong and of cheap quality. I called them but their phone is switched off. I would like to get my money i.e Rs.1799 back
