Good day Flipkart,

I have ordered new TV in Flipkart.
TV installation was done and the find defect on TV. While playing the TV there are black and white lines coming through. I raised the issues with the Flipkart customer case on 30th of April over the phone. As per call it should be replaced. But unfortunately nothing happened as issue was raided within 5 days of time..
After so many calls I really fed up the issue and I realized it would be better to send an email like this.
Please find the proof of the issue as attached.
As per return policy it should be replaced or refund the amount back to the card as I have raised the issue within 5 days of time of installation.
I would request you to please take necessary action ASAP.
