April 22 poco mobile is delivered , April 23 raised a complaint of defective flickering issue. April 28 technical visit expected to be completed but number is not reachable and the technical visit is not done. Without intimation return and replacement is cancelled. Against scheduled technical visit on May 3rd from the customer care service, same process is happening again then contact number of technical visit person is not reachable and there is no response from Flipkart. Really disappointing from Flipkart service they are not ready to contact the technical visit person but they are convincing the customer to wait for more than two weeks. It is service problem from customer and from the seller side and no one took immediate action on my resolution that delayed resolution is always not good. Within 2 weeks I contact customer care service of the Flipkart continuously for more than 20 times still no one is ready to resolve my issue they are asking me to wait for more than one week. Please take this issue as serious concern as a customer and I believe for the quick response
