Hi Team,
As I purchased a Motorola edge 20 Fusion mobile with order ID (OD224430690417912000), I received a mobile and I opened it and check it, I found some functionality is not working like camera performance is not good 3 out of 10, and sound quality also not good speaker is not giving up to the mark 5 out of 10, Bluetooth connectivity also having some issue, after noticed all those things I raised a return request but I will get replacement option, I selected the same after this I received a call from customer care I explained all regarding mobile functionality not working, they assured me that they will resolve my issue, after I did not get any resolution of my issues and I started the follow up the customer care and I called almost more than 60 times but I did not get any resolution, always they put me on hold almost 30 – 40 min and then disconnect the call and I received the msg that “we are trying to reach you, we are unable to reach you”, but I did not receive any call, and in case if I receive the call also they listen my issue and put me on hold and disconnect the call. One more thing also I want tell you from seller side my replacement request is rejected, now you guys tell me what should I do, will I use defective piece or wasted money to purchase a product from Flipkart, and you guys tell you will always listen customers first, now I’m completely fed up, and not getting what I will do to resolve my mobile issue, Please help me out, or tell me the way where I can get the resolution…Or Please provide me higher authority or Nodal officer number…
