I ordered Realme 10 Pro the product which was delivered to me wasn’t working properly so I raised a ticket regarding the problem but without the resolution of the ticket they were closing it then it was showing as resolved and whenever I’m opening it then the status of the ticket was not showing simply it was showing as something went wrong. Please try again!!. Then we are contacting the customer support then they were opening the ticket and closing it after 2 hours. Waste customer service support. By today the return policy is going to end but the customer service support agent said that the resolution will be there till 17th July but I don’t have trust on your FLIPKART services as your team was just opening and closing the tickets as resolved without any proper solution.
