Text of Complaint by Padma Seshadri:

I ordered a saree in sareebit.com on 21st september 2023. The saree that I ordered was a pink colour saree but when my order was received, it was of a different colour and also the product was of low quality and even had white patches on it. The website does not have a return/refund option and even a contact number is not given. I paid Rs.824 in cash for the saree yet I received such a defective product.
