I had bought Gionee Max (Royal Blue, 32 GB ) on 13 Nov 2020, when I started to use the battery was getting overheated and while talking also mobile is getting heated, and the call quality not clear, I had raised a complaint before the replacement date (21 Nov 2020) they had arranged twice technician visit to resolve the issue, but issue not resolved. i am been raising complaints several times with customer care, but no one is giving a solution. and the seller is not accepting for replacement or refund.
Kindly take back the defective product and refund my money
