Dear team,
I generate the said Sr for my alternate no.9136972730,but the said no.was deactivate on 25th june 2019,i regularly called on your customer care nos.for deactivation of said no.but they said it will deactivate on 24hrs.to 48 hrs.since the SR generated on 3rd June 2019 to till date the said no.was active and today I got the text from your co.there is bill generate of Rs.303/-,how it could be possible if I regularly complaint on customer care and they said the no.is deactivated but still the no.is active
I am not understand if the deactivation request i generate and it will take 8 working days as mentioned in SR,then why u r co.generated the bill
I am very disappointed for that kind of responed from your side and from the airtel store ,located at byculla station west side,near masjid
Request you to please reversed the total bill amount i don’t want to paid this,cause there is no any fault from my side
