Dear Sir,
I would like to bring your kind attention that that there is a fault in cable connection for which we unable to get the service as it is disconnected from tv screen display at regular intervals.The connection through cable from setbox to monitor is disrupted.We have recharged from 18.09.2019 and since then the connection is out of service .Please arrange to send someone to change the cable that is connected from setbox to monitor to avoid disruption and provide continuous service.
