Hi
I am sudhir I’m a customer to idfc since past 5 years, Yesterday one of your executives behaved very vulgarly which is not at all good. Those are the way of vulgar messages as mentioned below, I’m going to my local police station to give complain against your bank for this kind of things, I’m filling a case towards my defamation which I would like to proceed with legal action against your bank. I’ll go through judicial system of india consumer acts policy , for your reference I have attached a screenshot below. I do have each and every evidences recordings and messages how your executive behaved. Will discuss on beach of the court
