I had taken loan multiple times from Creditt application owned by Datson Exports A Registered NBFC, and everytime i have paid the loan on time but unfortunately i couldnot make the payment on time due to unemployment for 1 month. I informed the executive fo Creditt about the same and requested him to give sometime so i could have paid the loan after my salary. He was so abusive and he started sending messages to all the contacts from my contact list stating i have taken a loan from them and ignoring their calls and messages, Wherein i have always answered their calls and messages. I had file a police complaint for this unethical and illegal practices of collection for defaming the borrower in the society. They must have defamed many other borrowers who has intentions to pay the loan but due to consequences they failed to do so. As a consumer i expect justice from you this defamation has spoiled my and my family image in this society. Kindly find the attached documents and help me in getting justice.
