Subject: Fake product Delivered
Dear Sir/ Ma’am
This mail is in the regards to a product that i have ordered.
Product is: “iphone 13 pro 128gb Gold”.
I ordered it on “30 September 2022 ”
It was delivered to me on “5 October 2022”
On receiving the phone i found some issue with it. I have been an ilhone user for more than 6 years and can tell the difference in the product
Here im listing some of the issues:
1. The weight was slightly less (i know since i already own iphone 13 pro 256)
2. Touch process is slower
3. Serial number issue
4. Camera quality is pathetic and have only 2x
5. I ordered for 128gb and i received 512gb
6. On clicking model number it should show 2 different number on each click amd in this it Doesnt Show.
7. Model number starts from 3J instead it should be starting from M as it does on my other phone
8. Most importantly my iphone experience by which it gets clear to me that its a fake iphone which is being sold on Amazon Openly
Im attaching some pictures of phone that will clear you the situation.
I request kindly work on it as soon as possible and take this phone back and refund us the amount
This is one of the worse experiences that we user can have where spending such huge amount on your platform and we get fake copy of same product.
