Text of Complaint by Siddharth:

Dear officer,

Further to my last complaint, the customer officer Deepak Yadav sent customer an email asking for Rs 100 for reversal of the amount as SIP cancellation charges. The Customer officer must be fined and put on fraud charges as failure to address the complaint rather asking , harassing customer. The SIP was cancelled by email,by phone by one of the officers of MOFL much before the April SIP week date hence there is no question of charging the customer a fee for already cancelled SIP.

This is the content and reply of the email to put on record after escalation:
Dear Customer,

With reference to the above mentioned query, we would like to inform you that SIP cancellation charges is Rs.100/- and GST.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, kindly write mail on [email protected]. Interaction id is mandatory, else query will be responded in the normal routine.
