Today (07.08.2022) Airtel deducted my main balance without my consent how did this happened ?
I used to travel in between countries and maintain some balance so that my sim will always be on active mode.
I called Airtel customer care for how it was deducted they are saying it is automated you need to switch it off.
How does it possible i have never heard any kind of service ?
and how can you deduct the main balance without my permission ?
