AIRTEL imposing the deduction rules of Rs23 is totally unconstitutional.No other service providers doesn’t follow this rule. Where as per TRAI rules 15 days incoming facilities are given,then how can deduct the balance before ending this incoming validity? I think this is a CUSTOMER CAPTURE rule. I am about 12 years with AIRTEL,so don’t afraid . I am requesting to refund Rs 23 because I want to recharge combo plan . And withdraw this rule.
