My earlier case is not yet resolved and no one from the service provider i.e. M/s. Vodafone Idea have approached so far.
Adding to my earlier issues, I am facing similar kind of issues and losing my money un warranted.
I have not activated Value added services on my mobile. How ever, on Wednesday April 7, 2021 at 11:51, I received two messages at the same time mentioning “thank you for choosing to access Tambola” .You have been charged Rs.49/-.
My Balance got reduced to Rs.143.53 from Rs.192.53 and immediately in another message it reduced Rs.94.53 from Rs.143.53.
I sent SMS on 155223 for deactivation of Value added services if it is active as due to frequent upgradation of system results in activation of undue services including DND. I got reply that you are currently not subscribed to any value added services. In that case they are supposed to refund my amount but till date it has not been refunded.
I do not understand how company can siphon customers money and behave irresponsibly. What is a role of the TRAI in such cases ? Why they are silent ? I request your office to escalate my case and take strong actions against such companies.
Ya it’s the same case here the vodaphone company is not even responding if this keeps up I will simply throw the sim or break it to pieces. Those bastereds robbing people off their money their company should be banned!!!
