My father-in-law received an automated call from Vi customer service that asked to join in a contest. I didn’t give any response when it asked to press a number. Then, call was disconnected and immediately he received a message from VZ – VICMS that ‘Thank you for choosing to access Sona Jeeto Contest, you have been charged Rs. 3’ Your balance is ….., This happened twice.
This is nonsense activity of Vi. Kindly resolve the issue.
