Airtel just sends an sms that 23/- will be deducted if the number is not recharged within the outgoing validity period. Airtel should note that it is a critical matter and should at least provide option to customer to opt out of this option. Other service providers way ahead in this context. Blidnly deducting money from customer a/c is just not fair. Even after I notified this through customer care and they did not even lodge the complaint on my behalf. I am sure airtel going to loose customers if they dont stop this practice.
