This issue had occurred even earlier ,but the Customer care were blaming me for downloading the ppu_game from TELESYNC_SOLUTION, this is probably the third time I am facing this issue . My balance of Rs 10 has been deducted at 1:24 am on 28th November 2020 . This is clearly a fraud happening in VI , they are looting their customers money in small amounts so that there is very less amount of risk of any complaint filed by their customers.
