Text of Complaint by bhaskar jyoti nath:

i have recharge rs 300 on 08.08.2021. but i have observed that my set top bax does not getting power. then i have called to tata sky help line no. they inform me that they have booked a docket and it will restore soon. After two days i visit a dealer and change my set top bax by giving rs 700 to the dealer on 12.08.2021. and in the same day when i have seen my TV i show that my balance is low, so i recharge again rs 293 but again the tv screen show that my balnace is low, again i have recharged rs 500. After some time i got message from tata sky that i charge rs 175 for visit of technician and rs 400 for set top box. But i have already paid the amount of rs 700 for the same. Then by next day i call to help line no and they said that i wil get the money back to my account as my recharge money was deducted iligely. but still i have not got my money back. pls help.
