I had taken a trial subscription for Story TV by paying ₹1 and had provided my auto‑payment details. On the trial page it was clearly mentioned that the subscription amount would be deducted after 3 days.
However, the subscription amount was deducted from my card on the 2nd day itself, before completion of the 3‑day period. This is not as per the terms shown at the time of taking the trial.
I requested for a refund and initially your team agreed, but later the refund was denied. I have also tried to end/cancel the subscription, but it is not working properly.
