Dear Sir, This is to inform you that HDFC bank is deducting continuously charges from the bank account on the name of non maintenance charges, though account was not active for couple of years, however at the time of reactivation they supposed to inform me that how much charges is yet to pay, when i visited Bank before activation i asked about minus balance, it was showing zero balance, this tactics they are using to motivate customer to deposit money. One day they suddenly cut all the balance and made it to zero, i had nothing left in the account infact no money left for dinner also. This is very non transparent and fraud behavior from bank. Even now also bank representative is not sure how much more they are going to deduct. my company can pay salary in this account only, what option i have now for my survival.
