Hello, I’ve a complain against parimatch.ng. I created an account with them and deposit to play a game after winning with my deposit, I decided to keep on playing with my deposit winning after 2days of opening the account, that is I open the account on Monday and they blocked my deposit and withdraw methods on Wednesday, stating that I need to submit my ID card for additional verify which I did.
Then today being the 18 of January 2024, I login to see if the account verification was completed, which is was, but the money I won in the account which is 136222.75naira has been reduce to 27838naira. They deducted my winnings amount leaving behind my deposit amount. Stating that I breach there term 11.1 and 12.1, which I didn’t.
